When you participate in a game, your profile information (name, photo, skill level, and game history) is visible to other users in that game. Your approximate location is shared with other participants to facilitate meetups.

We share necessary information with our service providers to operate the App, including:

• PostgreSQL (database hosting) — stores your account and game data;
• Railway (cloud infrastructure) — hosts our backend servers;
• Other essential service providers required for app operation.

These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information solely to provide services to us and to protect your information.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety, or prevent fraud.

PlayPin requires location permission to show you nearby games. You can control location sharing by adjusting permissions in your device settings. If you deny location access, you will not be able to see nearby games or have your location shared with other players.

PlayPin is intended for users 16 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
