1. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your PlayPin account and all associated personal data, send an email to:

Please include the email address linked to your account in your message so we can locate and delete the correct data.

2. Processing Timeline

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently removed.

3. What Gets Deleted

Upon a confirmed deletion request, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your account credentials (email address and password hash);
  • Your profile information (name, photo, bio, skill levels, and sport preferences);
  • Your game history and participation records;
  • Your location data stored on our servers;
  • Any other personal information associated with your account.

4. Data That May Be Retained

In certain cases, we may be legally required to retain some data after account deletion. This includes:

  • Records required by applicable law or regulation;
  • Data needed to resolve ongoing disputes or enforce our Terms & Conditions;
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you.

5. Important Notes

  • Permanent: Account deletion cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
  • Games: Games you created may be removed or anonymised after your account is deleted.
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation when the deletion is complete.
  • Re-registration: You may create a new account at any time after deletion using the same or a different email address.
